We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Manager to oversee the operations and strategic initiatives of the Digital Banking Service Division. This role focuses on driving business growth, optimizing digital banking and payment services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in Vietnam’s dynamic financial services landscape.

Internal (within VPB FC): All Department - Close collaboration and engagement with all key stakeholders
External (outside VPB FC): Vendor - Ensure best quality work being delivered
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning & Execution
Develop and execute the business strategy for digital banking and payments, aligning with the overall goals.
Identify growth opportunities in consumer finance lending, digital payments, and mobile banking to enhance market competitiveness.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
Digital Banking & Payments Development
Drive customer migration from traditional to digital channels by creating compelling value propositions and marketing strategies.
Oversee the enhancement of digital banking tools to improve user experience, security, and accessibility.
Operational Excellence
Manage day-to-day operations of digital banking and payment services, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Implement robust processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and mitigate operational risks.
Customer-Centric Growth
Analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine digital banking and payment offerings.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns that drive adoption and retention of digital services.
Focus on delivering seamless, personalized, and secure payment experiences across all customer touchpoints.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, product development, marketing, and compliance, to align on business goals.
Build strong relationships with external partners, such as fintech companies, payment processors, and regulatory bodies, to support business growth.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
EXPERIENCES
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital banking, payments, or consumer finance, with a proven track record in business management.
Experience in launching and scaling digital banking or payment platforms is highly desirable.
SKILL & COMPETENCIES
Strong understanding of digital banking, payment ecosystems, and consumer finance in Vietnam.
Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing digital banking and payments.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required.
