OBJECTIVES

• Manage, curate and optimize critical data and information, often using specialized tools like SQL or AL/ML to enhance data accuracy and availability
• Guide, mentor, provide training to team members while ensuring compliance with data standards

COMMUNICATION

• Internal: Daily interact with BUs to provide on time solution on process and system. Maintain the stability of system to well support Collection. Feedback to internal units to propose actions and strategies timely. Stay connect with project team to initiate the enhancement for better support Collection. Liaise with various functions IT, BICC, Operation, Risk, Legal & Compliance to collate information, finding solution to improve the performance and compliance.
• External: Enrichment data source to enhance the contractability of customer to support Collection.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interrogate large, complex datasets using SQL and BI software, ensuring data accuracy and implementing forecasting models
• Develop and maintain internal knowledge assets
• Identify opportunities to optimize data workflows, improve information sharing and implement new technologies for efficiency
• Provide expert guidance and training to junior staff on data tools, systems and best practices
• Partner with cross functional team, subject matter experts and leadership to gather requirements and report on key performance metrics
• Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor Degree in IT, Data Analytics, Library Science or a related field
• Experience: At least 3+ years experiences in data management, knowledge management or specialized information analysis
• Skills: Strong Analytical and logical thinking, Attention to details, Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (PL/SQL), Strong Communication Skill, Time Management Skills, Project management, Creative to solve problems, Pro-active approach.
