OBJECTIVES

• Research, evaluate, test and development of new technology applications beneficial for collections activities.
• Regularly monitor, report projects and propose improvements to projects as assigned.
• Execute other tasks related to the project management, as per assignment from Line manager

COMMUNICATION

• Internal: Liaise with related departments: Policy, Collection Operation, BICC, IT, BUs to ensure the consistent source of information. Working inside Collection Division to propose improvements for collections activities. Collaborate with inside Collection Division to implement projects.
• External: N/A

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the operations of all team activities complied and in accordance with the approved regulations, policies and procedures
• Working inside Collection Division to implement projects for Collections activities.
• Regularly monitor, report projects and propose improvements to projects as assigned
• Analyse, evaluate customer profile and collections activities.
• Propose solutions to improve collection performance base on quality portfolio and objective segments.
• Receive recommendations from other departments and propose adjustments related to operating strategy to suit the actual situation of the company
• Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor Degree, major: Math, Statistics, Banking, Economy, Business Management or IT is preferable
• Experience: At least 4 years' experience working in related fields
• Skills: Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, Strong communication skill, Analytical and logical thinking, Growth Mindset and knowledge of system is preferable.
• Other requirements: Professional level of SQL (PL/SQL, Oracle), Knowledge of other language (SAS, Python...), Creative to solve problems, Pro-active approach, Accuracy, careful, pay attention to details, Ability to work under high pressure.
