OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the quality of implementing credit risk management requests in consumer lending on Loan Origination System and/or other Credit Risk related decision-making system
• Evaluate and implement data sources and service solutions to enrich customer credit data, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of credit risk management

COMMUNICATIONS

• Internal: All related BU, coordinate to implement credit risk management policies in consumer lending on Loan Origination System and Decision Engine
• External: Vendors, implement data sources and service solutions to enrich customer credit data

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and analyze Change Requests to Lending Origination System and/or other Credit Risk related decision-making system
• Coordinate with owner unit/ stakeholders to clarify requirements, advise possible impacts to the related processes/systems when applying these changes
• Prepare and submit requests to IT Division for new implementations or policy changes, manage execution via the request management system
• Identify and assess feasibility, data quality, compliance and risk of data providers, services and solutions related to credit risk as required
• Engage in negotiating scope and partnership models, conduct and evaluate testing, prepare approval dossiers and implement solutions/services into production
• Establish, develop and manage partnerships with data, solution and credit risk service providers to ensure long-term effectiveness and strategic alignment

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in MIS, IT, statistics, Banking, Finance or equivalent
• At least 04 years’ experience and 01 year of management experience in consumer finance or retail banking
• Good knowledge in consumer finance or retail banking
• Ability to analyze business requirement, specification or user stories of system
• Familiar with Bug Management System (ex: Jira)
• Ability to analyse statistical and other types of data
• Group facilitation and relationship building skills
• Good communication skill, good management, organizational skills
• Fluent in English
• SQL language
