OBJECTIVES

• Responsible for reports related to credit information
• Responsible for SBV reporting and debt classification

COMMUNICATION

• Internal: Cooperate with relevant dept. to issue policies, regulations on debt management and settlement and reporting credit information and maintaining they are reviewed and revised according to SBV regulations and collection strategies from time to time. Work with Collections depts, BICC, Finance, CEO Office... heads to build reports and propose to competent authority for approval. Announce and provide guidelines for relevant departments on issued policies and reports.
• External: Prepare reports/dispatches to SBV related to debt management and credit information as regulations. Provide relevant documents, data as requested by external audit/SBV inspector

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing, debt settlement, debt classification and relevant reports required by SBV, VPB FC and management team
• Responsible for reports on debt management, debt classification, provision and other relevant reports as required by SBV, the authorities
• Responsible for reporting to CIC, PCB.
• Responsible for consulting, answering all questions about customers' transaction history, CIC & PCB reports to relevant departments.
• Responsible for contacting CIC and PCB to update changes in regulations of CIC & PCB.
• Follow up status of document issuance and proposal approval
• Study and update SBV regulations relevant to debt management and settlement, credit information reporting in compliance with SBV's and VPB FC's regulations from time to time
• Review, implement all regulations and propose to update internal regulation, process to ensure the compliance and effectiveness.
• Record and monitor all documents, reports issued by Collections Policy Department form of both hard copies and soft copies
• Provide documents/guidelines to relevant departments in required.
• Provide, store relevant documents, data as requested by internal audit during the audits of CS&A Center as well as following up audit findings
• Provide, store relevant documents, data as requested by external audit/SBV inspector
• Ensure operating in accordance with the approved regulations, policies and procedures
• Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor Degree, major in Banking and Finance, Economics, Laws is preferable
• Experience: At least 01 year of experience in related fields (Financial analysis/Banking & Finance/Operation). Familiarity with banking/credit institution laws.
• Skills: Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, Excellent technical skills in MS Office (Visio Words, BPMN, Excel), SQL technical is a plus, Strong communication, interpersonal and solving problem skills, Logical thinking.
• Other requirements: Careful, detail oriented, Ability to work under high pressure and on an urgent basis.
