I. OBJECTIVES:

• Responsible for product strategy, roadmap planning and solution design for Ubank Digital Banking products including CASA, Savings, Time Deposit, Debit Card, Overdraft (OD), Payments and other digital banking services.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead business analysis, solution design and product implementation, ensuring business performance, regulatory compliance and customer experience.
• Serve as the key coordinator with FEC internal & VPBank, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology teams throughout the product lifecycle.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Management of product and portfolio

• Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap for CASA, Payments, Savings, Card, Overdraft (OD), and other digital banking products.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and digital banking trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and drive product innovation. 
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into end-to-end product solutions and business processes.
• Prepare and maintain product documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Product Proposals, Business Rules, Product Policies, and operational guidelines.
• Design and optimize customer journeys, operating models, and service processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, UX/UI, Business Analysis, Testing, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and external partners to ensure successful product delivery.
• Monitor product performance and key business metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous product optimization.
• Ensure all products, processes, and initiatives comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), VPBank, and FE Credit.

2. Daily BAU Responsibilities

• Identify and propose solutions to solve day-to-day business and project issues
• Escalate the issue to higher level to make sure problem quickly solved
• Proactively proposed practical solution to fix the issues
• Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required

III. REQUIREMENTS

1. Education

• Bachelor Degree with majors: Business Management, Finance, Economics, Technology or Business Administration.

2. Experience

• Min. 6-8 years of working experience in portfolio product management field (Banking & Finance/ Fintech), specially in data analysis and reporting (experience in the same field, portfolio analysis, business analysis, financial, product management or Banking products, payments ecosystems, and digital banking platforms as a plus)
