I. OBJECTIVES

• Support the development, operation and optimization of Ubank Digital Banking products (Casa, Deposit, Payment, OD etc..) on FEOL.
• Participate in requirement analysis, testing and product performance monitoring.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the preparation of BRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Test Cases. 
• Participate in SIT, UAT, and Go-live activities.
• Monitor daily product operations and performance.
• Monitor key metrics including Registration, Active Users, Transaction Volume, and Conversion Rate. 
• Support the resolution of system issues, operational incidents, and change requests (CRs).           
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager

III. REQUIREMENTS

1. Education

• Bachelor Degree with majors: Business Management, Finance, Economics

2. Experience

• Min. 1-3 years of working experience in Product, BA hoặc Digital Banking, Fintech (Banking & Finance),
• Basic understanding: CASA, Payments, Savings, Cards, Mobile Banking

3. Skills

• Customer Journey Management 
• Product Funnel Analysis 
• BRD/ User Story 
• Product Delivery
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including fluent in English and Vietnamese)
• Computer Skills: skills in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Excel)
• Good project management skills with discipline to see through the completion of initiatives
