OBJECTIVES:

• Equipping Collector with knowledge and skills contributes to highest collections efficiency according to KPIs and standard of behaviors agreed upon each period.

COMMUNICATION:

• Internal: Update policies, procedures, and regulations to provide training and guidance to Collectors and corresponding management levels. Grasp operational situation to propose and implement training solutions to support operations of Collections Division. Exchange necessary information to develop and implement training plans to support operations of Collections Division.
• External: Update training needs from Collection Partners to assist in recommending and implementing appropriate training solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct training & coaching needs analysis of assigned collections frontline teams to propose and develop appropriate training & coaching programs.
• Develop documents according to training and coaching programs agreed with management level of the assigned collections teams.
• Plan and prepare necessary steps to implement training & coaching programs agreed with management level of assigned collections teams.
• Implement training and coaching programs agreed with management level in forms appropriate to characteristics of assigned collections teams.
• Statistics, analysis, and reporting on results of implementation of training and coaching programs agreed with management level of assigned collections teams and propose solutions to improve implementation efficiency.
• Other tasks assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor degree. Have knowledge of Finance & Banking industry.
• Experience: 02-03 years of experience working in training positions. 02-03 years of working experience related to Collections.
• Skills: Communication skills, Presentation skills, Negotiation skills, Problem-solving skills, Proficient office computer skills, Time management skills, Basic English skills.
• Other requirements: Work with high pressure.
