OBJECTIVES

• Optimize relationships with internal departments to support the business of POS Sales Division
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Optimizing relationships with internal departments to support the Division's business, specifically:
• Product & Business Development: Collaborating in developing competitive sales policies for the sales channel.
• Risk Management: Coordinating and balancing risk control indicators, ensuring compliance with regulations while contributing to optimizing sales efficiency.
• Marketing: Maximizing the value of communication and product promotion, contributing to attracting customers and increasing the effectiveness of the sales channel.
• Others (IT, HR, Training,…) : Aiming to boost the sales channel.
• Assisting the Division Director in exchanging information and optimizing work with departments within VPB SMBC FC.
• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through manage the KAM to developing the team through motivation, counseling
• Analyze the external competitive environment, draw the appropriate action plans to support sales improvement
• Contribute to the planning, development and execution on new product launching, process development, system optimization to expand business and achieve more market share and profit.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, major: Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Finance & Banking
• Experience: 06-07 years of experience in partnership management or business development, preferably consumer finance or banking products sales
