OBJECTIVES

• Develop the Operational Risk Management (ORM) framework and enhance ORM awareness of all staffs at VPB SMBC FC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the activities of building, updating, revising Operational Risk Management Policies, Processes and Procedures according to current laws & regulations and Risk Management Framework of VPB SMBC FC
• Develop and monitor the implementation of policy, process on business continuity plans
• Coordinate with related unit to perform OR assessment on new or revised products/processes/activities to ensure key ORs be identified and managed accordingly before launching;
• Perform Operational Risk management communication activities such as: training, newsletters, workshop, etc...
• Undertake other tasks assigned by managers

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: University graduation, major: Finance, Banking, Audit.
• Experience: At least 3-year experience in designing process.
• Prefer if having experience on team management, Operational Risk Management, Banking, Financial Company.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good communication skill, strong logical thinking and problems solving.
• Excellent in writing, presentation.
• Enable to coach staff and work under high pressure.
• Fluently in English
