About the job:

Responsible for project management (portfolio is mainly related to operation automation, systems, technical projects) of cross-functional projects with more than 2 departments involvement, creating, getting approval and organizing project working group, report about the status of the project to Operation Director & VPB SMBC FC Councils, develop instructive materials and project management methodology.

• Analyze and Propose the Project or Initiative of Operation Automation
• Work with Business Unit in Operations Division and others and perform the studying, analyzing, evaluating the process, based on that proposing the proposal, initiatives to automate the manual process. Main purpose is to automate the current manual process, enhance the business service indicator which helps to increase the revenue, optimize the cost and customer experience with company.
• Plan the project/initiatives
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with Business Owner and Head of Operation Automation Project Management
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project 
• Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project 
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities 
• Review the project schedule with Business Owner, Operation Division Director; revise the schedule as required 
• Together with Business Owner and Head of Operation Automation Project Management determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
• Staff the project
• In consultation with the appropriate manager, recruit, interview and select staff with appropriate skills for the project activities
• Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of VPB FC
• Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate motivation 
• Contract qualified consultants to work on the project as appropriate
• Execute the project according to the project plan
• Conduct project documentation according to Project Management standards 
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project 
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
• Control the project, implement initiatives
• Prepare reports on the project for management
• Communicate with sponsor and customers to keep them informed on project progress
• Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures
• Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to Project Review Committee on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly)

Your skills and experiences

• University Graduation – major: Business management, Economics or technical specialties
• Min.7  years of working experience in finance (banking, insurance, investment, etc.) or Fintech
• Min. 3 years of experience in managing projects, manage project team up to 20-30 members
• Good understanding of technical areas/ operations of finance industry
• Project Management Methology Agile/Scrum or Waterfall
• Language requirements – Vietnamese – native, English – fluent
• Computer Skills: skills in Microsoft Office applications, Project management applications (Jira, Microsoft Project…)
• Good management; communication and presentation skill
• Problem solving and negotiable skill
• Ability to work under high pressure, independent working and flexible in working
