OBJECTIVES

• Planning, forecasting and mornitoring risk provisions of the Company
• Develop tools and reports to serve the preparation, monitoring and supervision of the implementation of contingency plan for risk provisions.

COMMUNICATIONS

• Internal: Cooperate with relevant dept. to plan and monitor the provision cost plan of the Company
• External: Prepare reports to SBV related to debt management, provision and credit information as regulations
• Provide relevant documents, data as requested by external audit/SBV inspector

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cost Planning:

• Planning and forecasting risk provisions of the Company.
• Adjust the provision cost plan periodically or unexpectedly according to the direction of Board of Management.
• Monitor and supervise implementation of the risk provision plan and report to line manager the points to be noted.
• Analyse fluctuations and the gap between actual provision costs and the plan to promptly propose appropriate actions.
• Build-up, update and adjust the risk provision cost forecasting model to fit with actual situations of company
• Monthly, quarterly and yearly provision cost projection

Cost Provision Analysis:

• Tracking and analyzing provision cost
• Manage, analyze, track daily principal outstanding, provision cost and propose short term, mid and long-term recommendations

Report:

• Develop tools and reports to serve the preparation, monitoring and supervision of the implementation of contingency plan for risk provisions.
• Create and support regular and ad-hoc reports, analyse and raise any related issue to Risk Management Division Director, Risk Management Committee, Risk Settlement & Collection Council.
• Prepare meeting materials for the Executive Board, the Board of Members, and various committees and councils.

Coordinate with Audit:

• Provide, store relevant documents, data as requested by external audit/SBV inspector
• Follow up internal audit reports of CS&A Center and finishing audit findings

REQUIREMENTS

• University Graduate, major: Banking, Finance or relating area.
• Bachelor Degree, major in Banking and Finance, Economics is preferable
• At least 02 year of experience in related fields (Financial analysis/Banking & Finance/Operation
• Fluent in English
• Excellent technical skills in MS Office. SQL technical is a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, data analysis and logical thinking
