OBJECTIVES:

• In charge of defining and supervising the implementation of compliance requirements to ensure operations at VPB FC adhere to law provisions and internal regulations of VPB FC.

COMMUNICATION:

• Internal: Implement functions and responsibilities of Compliance Monitoring Team.
• External: Implement tasks required by law provisions or competent state authorities in accordance with functions and responsibilities of Compliance Control Unit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up plans, define compliance requirements by reconciling new legal documents, requirements of competent state authorities and actual operations of units at VPB FC.
• Receive, assess and report the progress of compliance requirement implementation at units.
• Upload and manage the contents on compliance control system.
• Support Compliance Monitoring Team Leader in training junior employees.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by Compliance Monitoring Team Leader

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Laws, Finance - Banking or relevant fields
• Experience: At least 03 years' experience in compliance control position, preferably working for banks or other finance institutions.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of banking processes, Excellent verbal and written communication skill, Analytical & skeptical skills, Time management skill, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
• Other requirements: Diligent and commitment, Pay attention to details.
