OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the quality of implementing credit risk management requests in consumer lending on Loan Origination System and/or other Credit Risk related decision-making system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and analyze Change Requests to Lending Origination System and/or other Credit Risk related decision-making system.
• Coordinate with owner unit/ stakeholders to clarify requirements, advise possible impacts to the related processes/systems when applying these changes.
• Configure business rules in Lending Origination System and/or other Credit Risk related decision-making system.
• Conduct system test towards new features/changes in Lending Origination System and/or other Credit Risk related decision-making system.
• Conduct monitoring for the deployed changes/configuration to ensure system's smooth operation
• Other tasks assigned by line manager or Head of Dept.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: University degree in MIS, IT, statistics, Banking, Finance or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 02 years' experience in consumer finance or retail banking or analyst or system quality assurance.
• Software testing skill (Create test scenario/test case, prepare test data, execute testing, monitor after implemented on Production environment)
• Ability to report, verify defects (bugs)
• Ability to analyze business requirement, specification or user stories of system
• Familiar with Bug Management System (ex: Jira)
• Ability to analyze statistical and other types of data.
• Good communication skill & Good organizational skill.
• Fluent in English.
• SQL/Python language
