OBJECTIVES
Analyze and keep tracking of UB products (CASA & Payments), performance, provide ad-hoc reports, research data to the managers and propose initiatives in order to support the strategic business planning activities.
Co-ordinate with Product Operations regarding develop new features/ enhance features/ process changes implementations for new customers and cross sell for existing customers to ensure operational plans followed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of product and portfolio
Monitor and control performance of products, projects deployed under channels assigned as well as total customer portfolio applied to these products.
Review and analyze the product’s activities and trends and portfolio (revenue driver, acquisition cost, risk performance, portfolio movements, operational performance indicators, profit) and report the findings to identify the strategies that will address company goals.
Compile and deliver business intelligence reports to managers on a regular basis and support to prepare ad-hoc reports according to manager’s request.
Propose new product ideas and improvement of existing products, cooperate with other functional departments to define, develop and launch new products cooperated with partners, utilizing digital platform.
Prepare product documentation, include product concept and proposals, and all other materials to ready for launching.
Daily BAU Responsibilities
Identify and propose solutions to solve day-to-day business and project issues.
Escalate the issue to higher level to make sure problem quickly solved.
Proactively proposed practical solution to fix the issues.
Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
EDUCATION
Bachelor Degree with majors: Business Management, Finance, Economics.
EXPERIENCE
Min. 2-3 years of working experience in portfolio product management field (Banking & Finance), specially in data analysis and reporting (experience in the same field, portfolio analysis, business analysis, financial, product management or CASA products, payments ecosystems, and digital banking platforms as a plus).
SKILLS
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including fluent in English and Vietnamese).
Computer Skills: skills in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Excel).
Analytical skills.
Ability to work under high pressure.
Good understanding of intra-department functions, operations, and ability to work in a team environment.
Strong understanding of sales, product and process & marketing knowledge.
Good project management skills with discipline to see through the completion of initiatives.
