OBJECTIVES

• Provide legal advice to all business units about all relevant issues to ensure all activities strictly follows law guidelines and VPB FC's policy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise, assist, answer, guide and provide legal assessment relating to organization and operational activities of VPB FC.
• Evaluate, provide legal opinions for legal documents, business products and related forms managed by other Divisions/Centers/ Departments.
• Formulate or coordinate with other units to draft proposals to state authorities in case of such dismissing, amending or supplementing all policies, regimes related to VPB FC activities when necessary.
• Consult on legal procedure matters in case VPB FC is defendant and join litigation if required
• Perform legal update related to VPB FC operations to the Competent Authorities and relevant Business units in VPB FC
• Prepare training content and conduct training courses for Business units in VPB FC
• Support Legal Consulting Team Leader in training junior employees
• Undertake other tasks assigned by Legal Consulting Team Leader

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Laws
• Experience: At least 03 years' experiences in legal consulting field
• Deep understanding of credit institution /financial process is preferable
• Knowledge of compliance or law
• Analytical & skeptical skills
• Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good at both Vietnamese and English
