OBJECTIVES
Develop and implement business plans for BNPL products, in coordination with Finance to build and manage the SAP model.
Support product portfolio and partnership channel management; monitor performance, analyze data, and prepare regular/ad-hoc reports to ensure business objectives are met.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with roles, responsibilities, and mutual benefits.
Support product operations, including transaction reconciliation with partners, issue resolution, and ensuring seamless process execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product & Portfolio Management
Monitor, analyze, and report on product performance (revenue, cost, risk, profit, portfolio movements).
Build and deliver business reports for management.
Propose improvements for existing products; coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, features, and enhancements through partnership channels.
Prepare product documentation (concepts, proposals, business cases) to support product launch and portfolio management.
Provide input and ideas for Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and collaborate with relevant departments in product development.
Partnership Support
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners in product implementation, monitor partnership performance, and ensure compliance with commitments and business objectives.
Operations & Reporting
Support daily product operations, including data and transaction reconciliation with partners, and coordinate to resolve operational issues.
Work closely with Finance, Ops Risk, IT, Marketing, and other teams to monitor operations and optimize product performance.
Proactively propose solutions to improve operations and mitigate risks in day-to-day activities.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

EXPERIENCE

3–5 years of experience in product management, partnership support, or banking/financial services.

Preferably experienced in data analysis, portfolio management, and working with external partners.

Exposure to developing digital products on platforms such as credit cards, microfinance, or lending products is a plus.

SKILLS

Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (both Vietnamese & English).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).

Ability to work independently and under high pressure.
