OBJECTIVES

• Ensures profitability of consumer lending/ credit card portfolios and optimal structure of product mix to achieve lowest risk with highest profit

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize data analytics tool to process data of customers to figure out insights and behavior in order to initiate credit policy and make evaluation among options with the purpose of optimizing portfolio and mitigating NPL
• Analyze portfolio quality and profitability, support to make reports to Risk Management and Settlement Committee.
• Perform analysis with multiple dimensions and propose strategy according to insight analysis
• Support to develop product loss rate calculation methodology.
• Monitor regularly product/portfolio loss rate, to identify loss rate correlation with product changes, support onboarding process adjustments, credit risk policies and decision-making process changes
• Support product profitability calculation for both new product approval process and significant product changes
• Work with IT, BICC, BD, Sales, Finance to cooperate within different business tasks
• Other tasks assigned by Unit Head.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: University degree in finance, economic, mathematics, statistics or its equivalent.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experiences in data analysis, Consumer Finance or Retail Banking is preferred.
• Experience in Retail Loan portfolio management
• Solid knowledge in Credit Risk and Risk Management.
• Knowledges in company financials and product management.
• Proficient in using Excel, SQL to conduct analysis, understand risk indicators and banking MIS is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good organizational, communication skill
• Problem-solving skill
• Fluent in English
