OBJECTIVES

• This position is to manage and support delivering transformation projects or initiatives in order to support sales to meet target assigned. Transformation projects and initiatives vary from technical solutions involved to uplift sales productivity or sales model & process optimization to meet target with limited capacity required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with related stakeholders to define project scope and expected deliverables.
• Define project scope and out scope for successful completion.
• Determine project goals and success criteria which will be evaluated at its completion.
• Conduct requirements analysis and document requirements according business requests.
• Prepare project documents according to project framework.
• Execute the project according to the project plan.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustment to ensure the completion of the project and escalate any issues impacting projects.
• Cooperate with key stakeholders to successfully complete the project meet requirements and timeline.
• Establish and maintain close rapport with all relevant parties such as other departments, divisions, business units to obtain support in delivering desired deliverables.

• Review and evaluate quality of work with project team to meet project standard.
• Monitor and evaluate the testing phase according to the project requirement document.
• Prepare project reports for management and related stakeholders.
• Communicate with project sponsor and stakeholders for project's progress.
• Monitor the approved budget for project expenditures.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time and within the approved budget.
• Support to evaluate the outcome of the project as established during the planning phase.
• Support to follow up tasks related to business transformation projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor's degree with majors: Business Management, Finance, Economics or Marketing, or Sales related major
• Experience: At least 03 years of working experience in finance (banking, insurance, investment, etc.)
• At least 2 year of experience in project management
• Language requirements - Vietnamese - native, English - fluent
• Computer Skills: skills in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Project)
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Ability to work under high pressure
