OBJECTIVES
As Unit Head of Digital Products Development – Ubank (CASA & Payments), you will drive the development of differentiated products and user journeys that grow active customers, deposits, transaction volumes, and customer lifetime value.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary product organization, influence the bank’s broader digital strategy, and own the customer and business outcomes related to accounts and payments.

COMMUNICATION
Internal (within VPB FC): All Department - Close collaboration and engagement with all key stakeholders
External (outside VPB FC): Vendor - Ensure best quality work being delivered
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and execute the CASA and Payments product vision, strategy, and roadmap to support the bank’s growth objectives.
Lead the design, development, and launch of innovative digital products, including instant account opening, QR payments, P2P transfers, goal-based savings, embedded finance, and bill payment features.
Build a best-in-class digital onboarding and engagement experience, driving daily usage and account primacy.
Lead a team of product managers, product owners, and UX specialists, ensuring agile execution and customer-centric design.
Develop and manage the P&L for CASA and Payments products, optimizing for customer growth, revenue generation, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate closely with technology, design, compliance, risk, and operations teams to deliver secure and compliant solutions.
Establish strong ecosystem partnerships (e.g., payment networks, fintechs, billers, e-commerce platforms) to drive product innovation and adoption.
Leverage data analytics, customer insights, and market intelligence to prioritize features and refine the product roadmap.
Represent the digital product function in executive and board-level discussions, helping to shape the bank’s strategic priorities.
Create a strong product culture focused on innovation, experimentation, speed-to-market, and continuous improvement.
EDUCATION
10+ years’ experience in digital product management, preferably in banking, fintech, or payments.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred
EXPERIENCE
Deep expertise in CASA products, payments ecosystems, and digital banking platforms.
Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L ownership experience.
Successful track record of building and scaling digital-first financial products in Vietnam or similar markets.
Experience working in agile, customer-centric organizations.
SKILLS
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in product analytics and business metrics (e.g., active accounts, transaction value, revenue per user).
Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
